Snail Mail from London

Received snail mail from Grace today...... christmas card all the way from London :) She's a friend who's always there when I needed someone. The distance and time difference has and will never stand in the way of our friendship, to share everything that we go through in our lives. I thank God for such a best friend :)

Santa Claus is Coming to Town (Part 2)

Woohoo! Got my present today ^^ This is the present from my swap partner Jeslyn for Christmas swap organized by Agnes. Hehehe....

Look at all these handmade crafts made from the heart. So wu sim la....... wow!.... I was expecting only 1 present but ended up I got .... 1,2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 gifts!!! Check them out! Hehehe... I specially love the handphone hanger and the knitted flowers... so sweet~~~ Thank you Jesyln for all the thoughts and heart in making these gifts. Merry Christmas to you too :)

Santa Claus is Coming to Town

Whoops...! Last minute again :P This is something I prepared for the Christmas Swap organized by Agnes. Hehehe... Hope the partners (Shannon & Hoyoyi) will like my simple little gifts :) They both make lovely fabrics and knitted crafts. Oh, I admire people who can sew. It's such delicate work.

Till then, gotta go post these parcels and off to work.... Ho ho ho! Merry Christmas!!

Another kind of toy for me :)

The La Marzocco machine is the baby to manually make handcrafted espresso drinks. We have the automated Verismo in our store which is more convenient but with things automated there's not much skill required to making the coffee. To me, making coffee is an art and with the La Marzocco you can feel that. My boss knew I wanted to play with this machine and it was so thoughtful of him to bring me along to the Christmas party at Shah Alam today, where the store has a La Marzocco. I felt paisay to make more drinks other than the ordered drinks (wasting other people's cost ma... :p). So only made one order of Caramel Macchiato. The experience is totally awesome! I'm actually starting to miss it already... whu whu... Wish I had one of these babies at home to experiment myself.

I was so excited with my christmas present that I could wait any longer to get my hands on them. These are 2 cards I made with my new christmas papers last night. The papers are so nice already that I didn't need to design a lot. Hehe.

My First Christmas Gift

This year will be my first time not spending christmas at home. So, I'm not expecting gifts, but hey... its only the 1oth and I got my first present!! Its Basic Grey Christmas papers and a handmade card from Marlene!! Woohoo~~~ ^^ She's sending out mostly printed cards this year that I'm so so honored and touched that I receive one of her handmade cards... and in my favourite color!! She also packaged everything well. Check out that paper bag.. hehehe ^^ Thank you Marlene. You made my day :)

Now it's starting to feel like christmas

Yawn~~~~~~~~ Finally, I started making my christmas cards this year. I know its really really late already! It's already December and i JUST started.. gosh! With my rest day today, I tried my best to make as many as I could. I manage to make 12 cards tonight. ^^ Not bad, ...not bad at all (well for my pace, this is considered pretty fast :p) As always, I love Christmas and is very excited about it. Guess that's where my inspirations come from. Tonight has been a luxury night for me - playing some classical jazzy christmas music and making cards. I even met my best buddy online and got to chat. Hehe... Enjoyed myself to the max ^^

Since its so late already, I'm lazy to take pictures and post it up. Guess I'll wait till morning tomorrow and do that. Till then, I've taken some sneak peek shots to show you guys first :)
